Product and Quality Control
• Production follow-up researching alternative solutions in case problems arise during production.
• Production factory dates and price negotiation.
• Monitor production flow on plan for on-time deliveries.
• QC by factories.
Leather and Material Research
• Attendance of the most important material fairs in order to maintain connections and source new suppliers.
• Research and definition of materials following the direction given by designers and marketing teams.
• Evaluation of the possible uses of particular materials.
• Materials testing.
• Understanding the release timing of the collections and the possibility of receiving the selected raw materials on time.
• Assistance for cutting instructions to factories, especially in case of printed leathers or exotics.
Quality Control
• QC at the factories when shoes are ready for shipment; ensures to maintain quality standards required and established with designers.
• Item and colour approvals.
Training
• Training of sales staff and customer care team, if required.
